How to root - Windows
[*]Download the zip file above and extract to a directory.
[*]Put your device in bootloader mode - Turn off the phone then turn on with the 'volume down' button pressed to enter the bootloader. Connect the phone to your computer.
[*]Open a command window as administrator and navigate to the directory where you unzipped the files
[*]Run the command 'fastboot-moto-windows flash recovery recovery.testkeys.img'
[*]Use the volume keys on your phone as instructed to navigate to and select the 'Recovery' option
[*]When recovery loads, select the 'Apply update from SD' option. That's not actually what the option does, Motorola have screwed up the image, that really enables ADB sideloading. http://www.modaco.com/public/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.png
[*]Run the command 'adb-windows sideload supersu.motog.zip'. You'll notice the installation complete on your phone.
[*]Select the 'reboot' option on your phone using the power button. You're now rooted! http://www.modaco.com/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.png
How to root - Mac
[*]Download the zip file above and extract to a directory.

粗略翻译：（只翻译WINDOWS）
1.下载工具解压到一个文件夹
2.关闭手机 进入bootmode
3.运行CMD 定位到解压的文件夹（ps. 指令如下 第一句其实是 空格“把解压的文件夹地址黏贴上去”]只修改[]内红色字体不要把[]输入到CMD里边 第二句[文件夹所在跟目录(例如:c盘): cd] 直到root完成之前不要关闭窗口！）
4.执行指令：直接执行就可以了 (ps.复制指令是可以在粘贴CMD框内 按Enter 执行)
5.进入recovery (ps.看一下这个帖子如何进入recovery：http://bbs.ihei5.com/thread-275049-1-1.html)
6.进入 recovery之后选择Apply update from SD(可能选项英文不一样，意思相同的那个)
7.执行指令：[(ps.有可能会出现 error: device not found 不用慌在文件夹里找到adb-windows.exe双击运行一下就好了)
8.选择reboot
这样就OK了
