请问sim card error是网络锁？

前段时间手机坏了，拿去给人修，那人给换了个XT1049的主板，现在手机其他功能都是好的，但是显示SIM CARD ERROR，插SIM 卡无反应。这是网络锁，还是什么情况，求大神指点

点进去显示 your phone needs a SIM to work properly.You may not have inserted your SIM card yet,it may be inserted incorrrectly,or it may be faulty.
Please turn off your phone SIM card is inserted correctly,then turn your phone back on.If your SIM is still not detected please contact your service provider.

LZ考虑试试电信能用不？1049是CDMA吧，破解破解试试
