Can I use xt1580 on Moto X 极?

I bought Moto X 极 but, I did not know that I do not use GooglePlay...

I want to use GooglePlay and also update Android6.0.

If I use xt1580 firmware on Moto X 极, it is best. Or please tell me alternative using GooglePlay and Android6.
