Of course you can play it, this is the Z6 port, just install the mpkg and put your game data to your SDLPAL folder (For LinuxMod: /mmc/mmca1/.system/QTDownLoad/SDLPAL)
Now for the questions:
1) The only supported version of PAL is the Traditional Chinese DOS version, I tried to edit the ingame text, but seems that I need to change the font of the game to make a normal translation [s:64]
2) I'm from Ukraine, but I am a PAL fan [s:66]
