1-15-14: Wrote custom liblights to handle led blink on notifications
Update FM app and kernel sources

1-16-14 Switched Power HAL to stop min frequency reset
Renabled thermal-engine It is working the log spam is just due to it looking for non existent paths.
1-17-14: Fix dsp manager force close
Increase incall volume
