我的是加版 XT1058 Rogers. 解锁了 bootloader 后，刷巴西的官方 rom 和 CM11 的 rom 都正常。 从刷英版 RETAIL-GB_GHOST_KLA20.16-2.16_cid7_CFC_1FF_v2.xml (4.4.2 我估计是) 开始有问题了。如我所料没有信号，但手贱 OTA 升级到 4.4.4 就悲剧了，重启后始终停在 Fastboot 模式：

1. <font color="#ff0000">BL version: 30.B7</font>
   
2. Device is LOCKED.
   
3. downgraded security version
   
4. update gpt_main version failded
   
5. Failed to hab check for gpt_backup: 0x35
   
6. CID Read Failure
   
7. Invalid CID Status 0x69
   
8. CustomerID error. Contact Dealer: 0xdead
   
9. No SP Partition found
   
10. Fastboot Reason: Invalid CID

尝试用过 mflash 和 RSD 刷 4.4.4 的各家官方 rom, 但是都不管用，都停在无法写入分区这一步 Step 2 <step operation="flash" partition="partition" filename="gpt.bin": 其实编辑XML文件，跳过这步也不行，每一步都无法写入。

忽然想起来，最初正常的时候，因为公司要求，加密了手机存储。可能这就是为啥后来变砖官方ROM的各部分文件都无法刷入的原因吧……
